All-Events Passes/Registration

All-Events Passes (AEP) include admission to All Events, Education Classes, and Saturday Night Banquet and Showcase. Individual event tickets are available for the Quartet Contest and the Chorus Contest. A limited number of separate Saturday night banquet tickets are also available.

Performing Member All-Events Pass – $133 US each
Non-Performing Member All-Events Pass – $100 US each
All Youth Members (age 25 and under) All-Events Pass – $70 US each (covered by a Harmony, Inc. grant)
Quartet Contest Tickets – $15.00 US each
Chorus Contest Tickets – $15.00 US each
Separate Saturday Night Dinner tickets (limited number) – $47.50 US each

Please note that all Harmony, Inc. members must buy an All-Events Pass, per Area 2 policy.  All-Events Passes are transferable, but not refundable.  Once the registration form has been submitted, please notify the Registrar immediately if an All-Events Pass needs to be transferred.

These AEP prices include the Judges Equalization Assessment from Harmony, Inc.

Please be sure to read the directions on page 1 of the Registration Form.  This form automatically calculates the totals for each column and for each row, and needs to have numbers (i.e., 1, 2, etc.) in the columns.  Please follow the directions at the top of the registration form in order to get the total amount for each person, as well as for all names listed to be automatically calculated.  Youth member AEP’s will be calculated as $0 because they are covered by a Harmony, Inc. grant. (See the Saturday Night Festivities page for the menu to make your dinner choice on the form.)

When you register, please indicate if any of your registrants have any special dietary needs and identify those needs. There will be a gluten-free and vegetarian option available.

Also, identify any members who will not be able to stay for the Saturday Night banquet. We will try to transfer their banquet meal to another registrant, if possible.
