Convention Hotels
This year for AC&C, we have two hotels available which are connected, the Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center and the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Framingham, MA. One with a complimentary buffet breakfast and one without breakfast.
For the Sheraton Framingham Hotel, the room rate is $154/night plus 11.7% state and local taxes (total = $172/night) for both the King and Double/Double rooms. Suites have an extra cost. This includes on-site parking and Wi-Fi. These rooms do not include breakfast.
For the Fairfield Inn & Suites, the room rate is $159/night plus 11.7% state and local taxes (total = $178/night) for both the King and Queen/Queen rooms. This includes on-site parking and Wi-Fi. These rooms include a complimentary Buffet Breakfast (upgraded Continental with a hot item).
A few things to note:
- All Harmony, Inc. members attending AC&C must have their name on a convention hotel reservation, per Area 2 policy, to avoid paying the Fair Share Assessment Fee (one night’s hotel room cost) before they can pick up their AEP.
- Please ensure, when booking your room that the names of all roommates are included in the reservation. See the instructions below on adding additional people to your room.
- Whenever possible, make sure the name on the room matches the name on your AEP.
- Our Room blocks and convention rates at both hotels are in effect until 5 p.m. on March 26, 2025. After that date, the convention rates and rooms may not be available.
- The check-in time is 3 p.m. The check-out time is 12 p.m.
- Please do NOT book your room with hotel points, as your room will not be in our hotel block or count towards our required number of contracted rooms.
Hotel Reservations can be made in one of two ways:
Online Reservations:
- By using this direct link: Marriott Reservations
- Select your dates and number of people in the room. (Note the automatic booking dates are Wednesday, April 23 through Sunday, April 27.
- Click “Check Availability.”
- Choose your room type (King or Double/Double or Queen/Queen) (You have 15 minutes from this point to reserve the room or you must start again).
- Fill in the name of the person reserving the room and payment information.
- Uncheck any boxes if you do not want to for Marriott Bonvoy or promotional communications.
- Under “Room Requests and Availability,” you may expand it to make requests about your room. These are not guaranteed.
- Select “Book Now.”
- Any modifications to your reservation or adding additional guests will need to done by emailing Kristen Try at ktry@colwenhotels.com (faster option) or by calling Kristen at 508-270-1954 (you may need to leave a message). You will need to give her your name, arrival date and your roommate names(s).
Reserve by Phone by calling Central Reservations:
- Central Reservations #1-800-325-3535.
- Mention you are staying at the Sheraton Framingham Hotel or at the Fairfield Inn & Suites (whichever hotel you have selected) and your group name is Harmony.
- Tell them the dates you are staying and the type of room you want.
- Tell them the names of your roommates to be added to the reservation.
REMINDER: ALL Harmony, Inc. members attending AC&C must be listed in a convention hotel room, per Area 2 policy. If they are not, they will be charged the Fair Share Assessment Fee of one night's hotel room, including taxes, of $172 before they can pick up their AEP.
