Convention Hotel
This year for AC&C we are at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Westborough, MA. Everything is included in the same building! The room rate is $119/night plus 11.7% state and local taxes (total = $132.92/night) for both the King and Double-Double rooms. This includes on-site parking and Wi-Fi.
A few things to note:
- All Harmony, Inc. members attending AC&C must have their name on a convention hotel reservation, per Area 2 policy, to avoid paying the Fair Share Assessment Fee (one night’s hotel room cost) before they can pick up their AEP.
- Please ensure, when booking your room that the names of all roommates are included in the reservation.
- Whenever possible, make sure the name on the room matches the name on your AEP.
- Our Room block and convention rate are in effect until 5 p.m. on March 30, 2023. After that date, the convention rate and rooms may not be available.
- The check-in time is 3 p.m. The check-out time is 12 p.m.
Hotel Reservations can be made by one of two ways this year. They are:
Online Reservations:
- Follow this link to Hilton Reservations
- Select your dates and number of people in the room
- Select whether you want a King bed (Maximum 2 people) or a Double-Double room (Maximum 4 people) and select “Quick Book.”
- You can expand charges by clicking “Show Price Details” near the top.
- Fill in the name of the person reserving the room.
- Under “Guest Information,” you can add the name of one more guest.
- Uncheck “Join Hilton Honors” if you are not interested in joining.
- Any additional guests will need to be added by calling the hotel at 508-366-5511 and adding them to your reservation.
Reserve by Phone:
- Call 508-366-5511 OR 1-800-222-TREE (8733) to make your reservations.
- Make sure to add the names of all the guests onto your reservation.
- Mention you are staying at DoubleTree by Hilton – Westborough and your group name is Harmony, Inc.
REMINDER: ALL Harmony, Inc. members attending AC&C must be listed in a convention hotel room, per Area 2 policy. If they are not, they will be charged the Fair Share Assessment Fee of one night's hotel room, including taxes, of $132.92 before they can pick up their AEP.
